I visited the "Cardiff Academy of Aviation" this afternoon to speak to them regarding use of their premises on Saturday 24th May, the day of the Heineken Cup final in Cardiff. They tell me that "everyone" is welcome as usual however on this day you will be asked to buy a £5 voucher at the door, this can then be exchanged for food and drink of your choice to that value at the bar/restaurant. I have also asked them if they would be prepared to open early as the first arrival is around 0600hrs and they have said they will accomodate us on this.
